The Year in Review: Part 1 - Can you say journo-tastic?

Two years ago, I decided to go to school for journalism.

My aspirations to someday work at a fashion magazine were pushing me forward, 

and I was looking for a school that would help me reach my goals.

Almost a year and a half ago, I was accepted into 

the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University.

Last week, I finished my freshman year. 

Needless to say, it has been a roller coaster. 

I've met some wonderful people, attended amazing events, and most importantly made memories.

I had little-to-no journalism experience prior to August 2012 

and even though I have a long way to go and much still to learn, 

I have already achieved a few of my own goals with the help of OU faculty and my peers.
